CVQ Score
CVQ score is a score generated based on one’s credentials, accomplishments and professional history. For an easier understanding, this is very similar to credit score, but only this is based on one’s work accomplishments and not financial transactions.

How does CVQ Score work
The score is generated based on the data input by the candidates. Job seekers, who we call Candidates, have the ability to build their portfolio after completing their registration. The portfolio allows candidates to maintain their credentials including work history. Critical data is verified with third parties, institutions and then the system uses the verified data to calculate one’s score.
Understanding CVQ Score
It is important for candidate’s to understand that obtaining and building one’s score is an ongoing process and is not a one time effort. When one gets started they may not be able to complete building their portfolio in one sitting. We recommend one to complete building their portfolio as soon as possible as it will drive their score up.
The scoring model is run periodically and so the data added will get picked up every time the program is run resulting in an improved score.
In the CVQ scoring model no score is a good or bad score as these scores are indicative of ones accomplishments.
